I haven't bought a Wii U yet, but out of this selection, I'd say Scribblenauts Unlimited.
In actuality, I'm much more interested in the games available on the eStore. As I remember it, Little Inferno was a launch title, and had that game been on this list, I'd have picked it. It just looks like a fascinating experience, and I was a huge fan of World of Goo's style and music.
As for the rest, since you asked: (you can hang me later)
I'm not really into fighters, I'm most definitely not into zombies, Mass Effect is too drab, Ninja Gaiden too unwieldy and old-fashioned, aside from being ugly and camp, Skylanders is too speculative monetization wise and too unoriginal game-play wise, even if it looks like good fun.
The new Batman games are the ugliest interpretation of the dark knight I've ever seen, Darksiders was quite possibly the dumbest thing I have played in a decade, Sonic Racing isn't bad but I've already got Mario Kart and F-Zero GX, and Scribblenauts Unlimited may be my second choice, but word on the street is it's easier than it's predecessors, which is a bit off-putting to me.
