Not a chance.

GTAV if it goes cross-gen it would be: PS4/NextBox/PC/PS3/Xbox360 (and maybe WiiU).

At this point I think Rockstar wont see a exclusive being worth enough of a profit.

Take a look at those sales. GTA:SA had better sales on PS2 alone than GTAVI had on PS3 and 360. Vice city had nearly identical sales on PS2 as GTAVI had on PS360. If developers support one system enough they can benefit greatly. Only developing for one platform increases quality, and reduces man power, making better overall products at higher profit. This is why the PS1 and PS2 generations were a booming time for the industry. Now with developers trying to develope these games across so many platforms, the quality has fallen, production costs have went up, and sales have went down. One huge reason why so many developers and publishers have went under this gen.

I hope we are on the verge of another generation were one console slaughters the competition with %60 or more market share. It really is one of the only ways I see the industry surviving. The only other obvious answer is a unified video game platform. Something that MS, Sony, Nintendo, Samsung, ect. agree to a chipset, and release machines that have a bare minimum of said, GPU/CPU/RAM/BRD/HDD. Thus allowing developers to make one game that works for every platform.

OP
I do not think this will happen with GTA5. Like others have said, it may be timed based on different launchs, but thats about it. I think it would take more than Take-two and Rockstar to make exclusives worthwhile. You would have to do like the early days on PS2 vs Xbox where EA did not realease games on one console for a while. If Activision, Ubi, EA and TT refused to make games for WiiU and XBOX3, then it would mean major porfits for all of them.
