PS4 Launch Titles?

Well being honest. U3 released in late 2011. So why couldn't ND's Team A be working on U4 and have it ready for Nov 2013? Same with Guerilla and Killzone 4.

im so hoping they can get another uncharted or killzone ready for launch, but i wont get my hopes up because i dont remember any console launching with such strong software, but man if sony can get these games at launch people will go crazy for PS4!
