It is, but niche games can still push hardware if they have dedicated fanbases who wouldn't pick up a console otherwise.
But it was more a reference to the fact that there was a very nice bundle released in the USA with the game. Even if the game itself wasn't a big draw, I'd have expected a very pretty limited edition console such as that one to at least push sales up a bit, not down by 17k.
Like I said though, I suspect the drop in NA sales is to do with changes in tracking.
