I think ~75% of anybody I Streetpass nowadays, their most recently played Fire Emblem
Maybe due to the shipping issues, many people opted to buy the game digitally. I bought it digitally as well but because it was avialable digital at the turn of Midnight so didn't even have to wait until morning for the stores to open.

The game is phenomenal... the best game on the 3DS to date. I can't imagine sales slowing down because I expect the word of mouth to persist. Sure it wont have the long sales legs of something like New Super Mario Bros 2, but it will still sell very well (digitally).
I think the digital sales pace will slow down and then surge again down the road once physical in the stores becomes more scarce.
