Maybe the WiiU will follow the same path. I can see that happening considering the casuals abandoned Nintendo. (I may be wrong)

this exact same thing happened to the 3DS

The Gameboy Advance sold way way better then the GameCube and they both launched close to each other.

true the only consoles that had any success that gen was the gameboy advance and the PS2 but the reason why i think those 2 mario games can help the wii u big time is cause a 3d mario game and a mario kart are the best selling games for the 3DS and original wii
