I think once.  I know for a fact had a couple where it was just HP.  But I think once I did.

Man is that the worst.  Hell even just HP increasing, was kind of like "really, not even worth leveling"

I had a healer who didn't increase any stats once. I was like "after those 10 heals, you can't increase ANYTHING? What's the point in you?"

So very frustrating, especially for weaker units.

Pretty sure it happened to me on Lissa, so I know how you feel.

Went like 4 levels with her too without raising magic once as well.  Got str 3 times, so I guess if I ever get a weapon on her, it will help.
