Well, they could always bring down the visuals to Wii-levels, but it would be much work look worse than a game develop for weaker hardware in the first place. So I don't think Ubisoft will bother and I think also nobody will critizise them for such decision. Support for WiiU might be possible on the other hand, the question is if Ubisoft will think they sell enough to pay for the port.

Ubisoft have been quite supporting of the Wii U so far, and quite vocal about how much they like it. I'd be surprised if it doesn't come.
