Well I've always hoped for a unified console platform like dvd players are all unified, and multiple brand manufacturers. Perhaps if all 3 nexgen consoles do badly it will force an evolutionary leap in gaming and free everyone from the shackles of the gaming triumverate.
Gaming is going no where, but how we access games and who supplies the hardware always changes.
