i like the taste but i choose not to drink it

Why's that?

i like have a healthy lifestyle and im abit of a fitness addict. i still go out with my mates when they drink i just drink water. i get alot of shit of them but it gets to a certain point where they get so drunk they think im also drinking

I'm somewhat the same though - surely you most know a drink or two won't have any lasting effect beyond a few days?

I don't drink and I don't like the taste of alcohol. I've sampled many alcoholic beverages and, yes, most of them taste different, but they all do in fact have a strong alcohol taste that I don't like. I also don't like lemons and I've tasted various kinds of lemons and I don't like any of them. I also don't like BBQ sauce of which I've tried many brands and never liked a single one.

Stop telling people what to do. We don't have to drink because you say so and we don't have to develop a taste for it. To many it is a drug that comes with as many problems as it has benefits. Nobody needs to drink to lead a full and enjoyable life.

Lemons all taste like, guess what, lemons.

BBQ sauce also has very little room to change in flavour.

Wine and whiskey? You've got to be joking. Cocktails like Long Island Ice Tea, Woo Woo and Cheecky V have, as far as I can and could tell when I started drinking, no detectable alcohol flavour. Give them a try.

I never said drinking is required for a full life. I said writing off such a large selection of flavours through ignorance and arrogance is not a good trait to have.
