Handhelds are different though. So far WiiU is following Dreamcast patterns. If WiiU sales fall on the announcementsw of the Xbox and PS4, like Dreamcast did when PS2 was announced, then it could mean trouble.

Sega didn't had the money to make the Dreamcast keep going the whole generation. Nintendo has. That's the difference, as they already did that with the Gamecube, nothing is there to stop them from doing the same with the Wii U.
