Not that I'd like to see it happen, Nintendo has enough money in the bank to just release games for their fan base and could weather a generation of slow console sales if need be. I really don't think that will happen though. The one who needs the sales the most this gen is Sony. They're selling their real estate just to liquify assets so they can in part launch the PS4. Out of the three, I'd say Sony has the most at stake here. If Sony fails to take this gen, I believe that it will be their last big home console. The same could be said about MS too, but of the three, Sony is hurting the most financially.
Stop hating and start playing.
