What I said is part of your point though...
The ports cost a lot to do and are difficult thanks to the CPU. Now that wouldn't be an issue if there were 1.5 billion users, or going to be that amount of users. But there's not and there will never be. There's only 3 million, ergo publishing on the Wii U is not a profitable exercise.
