Is the last of us over tracked?

It has a lot of hype behind it and everybody who has previewed it has seemed to really love it so far.  It's hard to tell anyway.  The $160 post pandamic edition is already sold out at Gamestop, even though it's limited. It seems that people are really looking forward to the game. 

Oh yeah it looks great Im just suprised thats all, Im gunna get me a copy for sure!

Ya it is really surprising.  I didn't see it getting above 20,000 for a few more weeks.
