In fact there's a new Sony IP/Character coming in a few months. Joel from The Last of Us. This is at the end of PS3's lifecycle. Sony and new IP go together like peanut butter and jelly.

I could go on and list a couple more but these are the most releavnt ones I could think of. 

Nintendo has created Mopsie, Feisthörnchen and Kahlrösser, so yes.

That's a rather pitiful list of IPs you have there. Quite a few of those are bordering on irrelevance and one of them is vaporware. Uncharted and The Last of Us don't count.

Never heard of any of those games. And no, the IP I listed are not "pitiful" these are major PS3 exclusives.
