So what exactly happened to the hyping that the Wii U would be awesome for third party?

Well some of the hype come from:

And nopw, you are getting that EA won't be supporting the Wii U really at all?  Would this be "unprecedented" in the sense that Nintendo will be getting the Dreamcast treatment from EA which it never had before?
