Your not used to high speed hack and slash games like ninja gaiden, devil may cry and bayonetta are you?

I've completed Devil may Cry 1, 4 and DmC and Bayonetta on normal. Sure I'm not the most talented guy for those types of games but I'd say I'm at least competent. The problem with Revengeance is just...I didn't get how the mechanics work and how am I supposed to play... The other games are also very fast paced, especially Bayonetta. But in those games you can at least dodge attacks, which works very intuitive, and the parry mechanic in Revengeance just felt complicated and not intuitive at all.

newdmc doesn't count lol.

anyway this is closer to Ninja Gaiden style gameplay then Devil may cry 1-4 bayonetta is closer, practce i all that needed with hese mecanics then heli choping ftw!
