it wouldn't be the strongest! They all have 525 BST each! I say its 110 would be in Special Atk and 130 for Atk imo

Not stat wise, but dragon types have less types weak against and more types strong against than any other types if I remember corectly, making them ideal for end game competitions. |
It is true that dragon is the strongest type. I still want a dragon eeveloution though.
