LOL. Yeah. Because this thread is just swarming with people who want to discuss your fantastical premise in exactly the very narrowly-defined way you are demanding that it be discussed, right? Oh, wait. Nope.
But yeah, fine, I'll take a swing at it: if this incredibly far-fetched scenario were to occur it wouldn't be ironic at all because the overwhelming majority of Christians actually believed in extinction all along.
