Plus there's also the issue of whether or not devs will see any incentive to really dig through the hardware to get the most out of it to begin with. It could very well end up being like the PS3, where you see first party games like GoW and The Last of Us while you still see crappy ports 6 or 7 years after the fact (i.e. Skyrim, DmC).
Considering that the PS3 and 360 will have years of life yet, I could see third parties making games for those three combined, and just making sure they run "good enough" on each of those.
