When a title ends up having disappointing sales, the two reactions are to say it sucked quality wise, or wasn't marketed properly? Isn't it possible that a title is niched, and no matter how well it is done, and how brilliantly it is marketed (you know, have the title get a bunch of advertising and generate a lot of buzz plus get large distribution), it is only going to sell X?
Or, does anyone here that proper execution and marketing can make any title become a 10 million+ seller?
