Is it possible that their is another issue that's coming to the forefront under the guise of video game related sexism. First, try to find out if their are underlying problems she hasn't been vocal about. If you can't figure out a problem, reverse her logic to things she likes or uses. Don't actually hold them back for a significant amount of time however, just point out (as calmly as possible) the lack of logic she's presenting in her arguments.
If this still doesn't work, then point out to her that instead of forming an opinion out of ignorance, she should actually spend time trying to understand your hobby, especially as you two are married. Try to get her involved in gaming as much as possible.
