Today though, I'd say Korea, since The Raid is one of the best action films I've ever seen.

The Raid ? isn't that one an indonesian/american co-production ?

I vaguely remembered my friend saying it was korean.

Oh well, if Indonesians made it, I'll go with Indonesia. That is one awesome action film.

I just ordered the movie on Amazon.com, yeah, it said Indonesian....

 

It said english dubbing though. Ideally I prefer the original language with english subtitles, is the movie available that way?

When I saw it with my friend, it was subbed. He had pirated it though.

got the DVD in the mail yesterday, and watched it....

I agree with you, it's one hell of an action film....

I still think it's a shame that your friend pirated it though.....people have to support the movie producers/actors so they can make even more awesome movies!!
