I love it. Beautifully functional and comfortable as well. And I love the possibilities it offers.

I will say that for long play sessions with games that don't utilize the screen at all I'd prefer the pro controller, but the Gamepad still works great. I do kinda wish it had analogue triggers, though...

I hear this mentioned often. Outside of racing games, is there any benefit to having analog triggers?

Well, there are other similar instances like in Rogue Leader where squeezing accelerates and clicking activates full thrusters. One of my favorite uses for them on the Gamecube was in the Resident Evil remake. I always chose the control scheme where the trigger would make your character walk or run depending on the pressure and it worked beautifully.

Still, there's something to be said about digital functionality too; I just see it as yet another obstacle for games designed with the PS360 controllers in mind.

Since when are the triggers of the PS3 controller analog? Also. that's not really an obstacle. It does only need one line of code to correct if (if at all) it was.

Trigger not pressed -> Value=0

Trigger pressed-> Value=255

At least this is how it works at x360 ce, I've yet to see games besides racing games where the full analog spectrum would be needed.
