I have yet to play the Wii U, but I'm sure once I see how it integrates and get used to it, I'll understand their reasoning. Nintendo is the kind of company who doesn't just do something to do something, they take a lot of considerations on gameplay integration. The one nice thing about the Wii U is that if I DON'T like the gamepad, I still can use a Wii remote or a pro controller, so I won't totally be stuck with it. |
There hasn't been very many people who actually try the pad and not like. Despite all the hate, it is very comfortable, light for it size, has a very crisp screen, and a wed browser that's almost as good as a computer. You'd have to be very picky to not like it. Or be an unreasonable Nintendo hater.
