Absolutely.  It's the responsibility of the consumer to voice their complaints.  Any real business would rather their customers and potential customers talk about what they do not like rather than remain silent.

Now, if the OP is talking about all the negativity that comes from people who simply want to see the Wii U fail then that's a different matter entirely.
