I'm going to bump this thread just to keep it fresh in people's minds. I want to encourage this place to be as constructive and happy as possible. If you're still up to it, please read the original post and sign: for others, say if you feel this post has made any difference at all.

It obviously hasn't made everyone nice and neat and fair (Gballzack! Start being nice to people!) but I do feel the atmosphere is a little less hostile around here. Anyone agree?
