Surface Pro is releasing on Feb 9th. Who is getting it, why and why not?

Not getting it. I already have the Surface RT and its perfect for what it is.

Should be out in a few months and fix all complaints people have about the surface (battery issues, can't be used in lap). For cheaper too...
