Perhaps you can try searching online for UK stores that stock that. No idea in regards to the quality or anything like that as my monitor has component inputs so I haven't had the need to get VGA cables.

 I just got mine yesterday. I think its really good quality and it even produces 480p. It was 40usd I don't know what that is in the UK.The only issue is that it doesn't support 480i games. SO if you have a game with 480i only you have to hook it up to a tv.
