My cut-off is just higher then yours, and even if you lower the cut off to include games like Heavy Rain, you'd have to include games like Too Human and Alan Wake which had ridiculously long development times, and large budgets to back them. I don't consider any of these games big budget because they are all glitchy and unpolished (In the Fire Sequence at the end of the game, my character walked through the door and almost outside. I thought the glitch was the door not opening, but my friends thought we missed something inside, so we walked backed in and were forced into the fridge cinematic. WTH? I literally just walked out, how was this bug not caught? Similar things happened in Alan Wake and Too Human, but not as extreme)

With that out of the way, I really loved Heavy Rain, and because I beat it with friends, that glitch made us all laugh on the floor.
Plus my friend accidentally shot that person in the face because of a sudden noise in the scene.
I hope we see more games like this, however in the future I'll savor them and not beat them in a single sitting.
