It is your right as a consumer to sell whatever you own. It's called free market economy for a reason and everyone has the right to sell their goods to the market! Blocking sales of used games is not only against a free market it is most likely not even legal in a lot of countries. Your solution does solve the problem - but it's not the industry's right to to take away our freedom.
