Will the PS Vita gain the ability to download everything online in the background while gaming & using apps thru a Firmware Update like the 3DS did with Firmware 2.1.0-3U?

You changed the title. The Vita has done this since day one. How much do you even know about it?

If you are talking abou the new title, well I have heard other people who say they own the Vita say that it doesn't do it.

But if it already does it then; my bad.

I think you need better sources lol. The only feature the 3DS has that Vita doesn't yet is Folders.
