If it was something trivial like price cuts, new bundles , new services etc they would make no announcement of it until the event. As an announcement has been made 3 WEEKS prior, It only makes logical sense that PS4 will be announced. Imagine the shitstorm if it wasn't ? No one would listen to Sony hype again . Sony are not gonna dig themselves a hole on purpose .
