Well I know your probably trying to keep expectations low but I'm going to say that their is a 99.9% chance this is PS4. They aren't dragging investors and live streaming it and hyping this event if it was a Vita price cut or a new game being announced. Also like someone else said Sony supports their consoles long after they release a new one.
