This is actually a simple math problem.
If Nintendo cannot reach or maintain more than 50% market share, then Sony would have to hit 25% first -- it's a necessary mark to pass to push MS below 25%. If Nintendo breaks 50% market share, MS will hit 25% first -- it's a necessary mark as Sony approaches 25%.The numbers all depend on whether Nintendo can break 50% and maintain it as the PS3 inevitably surpasses the 360. If Nintendo breaks 50%, Microsoft hits 25% before Sony. If Nintendo cannot break 50%, Sony hits 25% before Microsoft.
