Kind of scary considering it'll cost even more do develop games for next generation most likely.

Yeah there is change in the air.  Only a select few are going to be able to support (safe) AAA games, and the rest are going to go low end (less of a money investmenr) PSN/LiveArcade/Mobile.   The middle is going to fall out.
