Actually Nintendo Devs went over to the 3rd parties to make sure to teach them everything about making games for the Wii U and they never left them for a long time until they saw that the 3rd Party Devs had already gotten the hang of it more then mostly.
And the 3rd Parties say its as easy for them to make a game for the Wii U as it is for the 360, so Sony is the only ones giving 3rd Party Devs a hard time with Dev Kits & Hardware (PS3).
