The Wii is easy to say around as powerful as Xbox.

well the Wii U has 1 GB of RAM going to its GPGPU to get it clocked at 800 MHz but then they had lower the CPU quite a bit to prevent overheating from the GPU being clocked that high, which explains why the CPU is so weak on pre-install firmware.

 

Does anyone know what little use the Wii U CPU has with its 2 GB of RAM and it's GPGPU doing all the physics?

Well when i said more powerfull i didn't mean heaps, just a bit(atleast cpu wise). But lets keep it at ''comparable'' then.

With the Wii-U however reports suggest that the cpu is somewhat underpowered, even compared to the PS360.
