Thought the same when I saw the images - game looks definitely very good but enemies seem to be a little bit low-poly and textures seem to be quite bad on enemies. But that's complaining at a high level - the game is pushing ps3-capabiities to a limit so graphics are nice but far from perfect. Looks a bit better than Uncharted to me.

To inform you both, Naughty Dog said this was still Alpha (though I think it's just you two, as the graphics look their sharpest yet). To look that good in that stage is saying a lot, because most complete console titles don't look that good. Come release, I expect graphics awards across the board (as is the natural order of things with this team).


I didn't say it was not good and can only judge what is presented - if they show a game in alpha-stage it is not my problem. I said that it looks very good but some things don't; no critic allowed? And yes, it looks better than most other games and yes, it may happen that it will win graphics awards but this doesn't mean graphics look perfect in every aspect.
