They (recreuiters) are really annoying trying to convince you to join for 6, but for me it's much better in the long run. As for the outside, I'm not getting my hopes up that I'll get an Air traffic control job. It's very high paying, but the openings are limited. |
Definitely, they really want those extra 2 years from you. I am still up in the air but I am leaning towards 4 years. Since I am going in as an E-3 the 6 year enlistment isn't as much of a wage incentive.
