It changed after the holidays. While the Wii U is still up overall, its weekly sales have fallen far below the pace of the 360 and PS3 (even before it launched in Europe). For the last two weeks it has even fallen below the Vita when you align the weeks for the JP/US/EU launches.
As for the Wii passing the PS1. It is 3.11 million away in shipments at the end of 2012. Their forecast for the fiscal year would put it 2.64 million away at the end of March. If it is flat YoY it would reach the PS1 figure by the end of 2013. However sales have dropped off a cliff compared to last year. In the first 3 weeks, the Wii is down 71.2% which would put it on track for 1.02 million shipments by the end of 2013. Of course making such predictions based on 3 weeks of data won't be very accurate. However it does seem unlikely they will pass the PS1 by the end of 2013. It is also very dependant on Nintendo's actions. If they slash the price to $79 and promote it, then it will probably easily surpass it this year. If they neglect it in favor of the Wii U and 3DS, then it might be a long hard road to 102.49 million.
