Don't be silly. I'm guessing you weren't one of the 50k people who bought this game when it released in November 2012:

I hate to be more of a downer anyway, but when gameplay videos get released in such a format, it never bodes well. And that framerate looks particularly choppy. Hopefully it will be better watching it on an actual 3DS.
Apparently they've had a lot of trouble getting the game running on 3DS. But it'll be worth it, it'll sell miles better than the Vita version.
