yes that is possible, but it could be also just "normal" that some people are good in break dance. i mean, there could have been ten thousands of people, it's not as if everything they show was from 15 minutes. and even i know some people who are not that bad in break dance and i was not really in that "scene"
and about the rest, there is a red dot on the ground so that's where you have to stand to get recognized. and about the moves, it could have a freestyle mode where you can do whatever you want.
