Only games that have been announced by 1st & 3rd parties, i.e. Dragonball 3DS & 3rd Resident Evil 3DS game (in pre-production since April 2012 or earlier).
It has to be mentioned as in pre-production or production or soon to be release by the developers and/or publishers. Also games announced to be going into production (or pre-production) in the next 1 to 2 years (I guess ZombiU 2 is a good example of this).
