If you're already taking a loss on every console sold, the absolute worst thing you can do is make a price cut and further erode your bottom line. This move would literally destroy any chance of profits in the next year or more. Their goal is to make $1 billion profit this coming year, so taking further losses on hardware is not an option. Releasing ten huge 3DS games and five or six huge Wii U games this year and improving hardware sales with software support rather than a price cut is definitely the better way to go.
The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.
