No - They can show BF4 on PC and show it on Low Res to give an example for the PS4NextBox(lol@720) version.
We know for more than 6 months now that BF4 is in development cause you could get Beta Keys with the MoH Game.
And Fifa is a yearly game and it is a safe bet ALL Platforms(even the WiiU) will get it.

Star Wars 1313 and Watch Dogs were showed on PC too and they are pretty sure coming on PS4NextBox(and they won't look like that on the new consoles)
