They are already selling the console below cost. Like outlined by Iwata in the following read: http://www.nintendo.co.jp/ir/en/library/events/130131/06.html there will be no price cut. Nintendo will most likely bundle games to offer a greater value to the Wii U. I think New Super Mario Bros U included at 349.99$ is great value for a consumer.
