Does vgchartz include countries that Nintendo doesn't.

Either way looks like Wii and 360 undertracked.

Or alternatively

Wii and 360 more undertracked, and vgchartz's "Europe" includes regions that Nintendo's doesn't.

VGC must include other countries because Nintendo has it down less YOY, yet also show it selling less than VGC.  If true, than PS3 may be fine, but the 360 is definitely under tracked .
