They're not automated. I know this from monitoring these pages almost every week. For example, Dragon Quest VII, Kingdom Hearts HD, Tomb Raider and Hitman were both originally in the 2012 section as recently as mid-January 2013, even though their dates were officially listed as 2013. However, in the past few days, a 2013 page has been created ans all 2013 releases (and games that are TBA) have been moved into it. Trust me, it's not automated. There's a staff member at SQEX Japan that is continually updating this area of the website and they're deliberately leaving TLR on there. |
The last few days is when the 2013 page was created? If that's the case then they probably just set up the page (just the template or layout) and the titles get listed automatically, or if it really is manually set up, then maybe the employee doing so isn't checking the titles carefully and is just listing everything not yet released. In any case I don't think a PS3 version is happening or is even being considered. I don't think that Square Enix thinks it's a smart investment at this point and it probably isn't.

I personally believe the PS3 version could be a sequel that includes the entire first game on a separate Blu-ray Disc.
