Nintendo says wii u has shifted 3.06m units and 11.69m games by 31 dec 2012. Vgchartz says wii u sold 2.47m units and 4.96m games by 23 Jan 2013. Vgchartz are shockingly bad at tracking wii u software, they have tracked little over 40% of all wii u games sold.
